After 20 years of working in corporate digital marketing and growing my small Web design agency, I stepped away to focus on my real estate investments. I got my real estate license shortly thereafter to help others buy, sell, and invest in the Nashville area.

I am building a portfolio of profitable rental properties mostly through buy and hold opportunities leveraging single family homes, multifamily buildings (duplex, triplex, quadplex), small mobile home parks (MHP), and the occasional laundromat or self-storage facility.

I also work with other landlords, flippers, and rehabbers as a private money lender on select deals. I am an active Realtor in Nashville and am always available to help anyone, whether an investor or not, buy or sell in or around our great city.

INVEST

The Nashville real estate investment property market is booming. As a Nashville native and active real estate investor, I know the areas inside and out and I assess deals daily. While I focus in and around the Greater Nashville area, I do look at deals within a 2-hour radius of Nashville for my investor clients.
I am most interested in value-add opportunities for single family homes, duplexes, triplexes, fourplexes, and other multi-family homes, plus small mobile home parks and small storage facilities. I do currently have clients looking for car washes and laundromats as well. Please reach out via the contact page if you have information regarding any of these types of properties.

As a Nashville native, I know the neighborhoods inside and out. I constantly assess homes, schools, and communities all over the Greater Nashville area and surrounding suburbs (Brentwood, Franklin, Leiper’s Fork, Spring Hill, etc.) to match my clients with properties that meet their current—and future—needs.

PRIVATE MONEY LENDING

I offer private lending opportunities to very select and connected real estate investors. You must generally be introduced to me from someone in my network, but that network is growing every day. I offer firm, but fair, terms and rates and am easy to work with. Generally speaking, I offer up to 90% financing for most deals in exchange for 2%-5% in fees + 9%-15% interest rates — depending on amount loaned & how much we have worked together. I generally lend for a minumum of 6-12 months, but I have had some deals for longer and shorter time horizons. Each deal is evaluated on its merits and these terms may change at any time.
